Hyde Park Craftsman Kitchen

Sometime in the late 70’s or early 80’s, someone remodeled the kitchen in this Hyde Park Tudor and completely ignored the home’s character. Along with the very small footprint, the existing kitchen was non-functional for our amateur chef clients.

By removing a wall between the existing kitchen and the adjacent breakfast room, we were able to expand the kitchen and create a small but comfortable eating area.

Custom cabinetry was designed to match every detail of the existing butlery cabinets, and the English Tudor was reborn to its original glory. We even restored and reused some of the original cabinet hardware to complete the authentic design down to the last detail. On the functional side, we installed modern appliances and integrated them within the custom cabinetry to create a seamless flow.
