It’s a great honor to be among an elite group of remodeling contractors to win the 2019 Regional Contractor of the Year!

The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) named us Regional CotY winner in the Residential Kitchen Remodel Over $150,000 category of its annual awards competition.

Each year, NARI presents CotY awards to members who have demonstrated outstanding work through their remodeling projects. This is the highest form of recognition by industry leaders and peers. The entries of this year’s competition totaled more than $97 million worth of remodeling projects.

Contractors from seven regions around the country vie for CotY Awards each year. Judging is based on problem-solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, and degree of difficulty by an impartial panel of industry experts. NARI named 154 Regional CotY™ Winners from the 2019 competition plus 24 team members. Regional CotY Winners will now advance as finalists at the National level.

Check out the project that won! We’re very proud of our team for creating such a stunning space for our clients. It was a small, cramped kitchen and we transformed it into a gourmet chef’s dream!

While respecting the architecture of the home, we converted a small non-functional kitchen into a spacious area for gathering and entertaining , and created an efficient workflow. By moving a laundry room to the second floor and removing a load bearing wall, we opened the kitchen up creating lots of storage for our avid cook. The creative use of color and texture, and the unique painted island cabinetry complete this Symmes Township transitional kitchen.
