Should I Keep a Bathtub in My Master Bathroom?

The great outdoors is waiting, and this deck is just the place to enjoy them with family and friends!

After the successful renovation of the interior of their home, our client’s decided to bring the outside living space to a new level.  Their primary goals were to create a low maintenance space that was safely accessible while respecting their condo’s architecture and guidelines. The old deck was original to the home and with it worn out and cracking wood, it was in desperate need of an update.

The new deck is spacious and provides a generous amount of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the great outdoors. Composite decking was installed to provide a low maintenance surface and complementary color. The pre-finished metal balusters in the new railings are maintenance free and visually lighter than wood, so they allow a more clear view of the surrounding nature. The area of the deck near the Dining area in the house was raised to the first floor level of the home to allow easier access to and from the outdoor space. No more need to go up and down a step to get outside, providing for the long-term safe use of their beautiful yard for years to come.

Let’s fire up the grill!
